The national body collects personal data to administer membership, credentials, chaplaincy placements and giving. This page sets out what is held and on what basis.
We hold the least we can, for as long as we must.
Membership and credential records are held because a coalition that issues credentials must be able to verify and withdraw them. Safeguarding records are held because a body working with vulnerable people is obliged to keep them.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with other national bodies except where a member transfers between them or asks us to. Giving records are held for the period required for financial reporting.
