Method

How a plant becomes a congregation

01

Local invitation first

No plant begins without an invitation from believers already in the community.

02

A planter, trained and sent

Planters come through the coalition’s own training and arrive with a named supervisor.

03

Governance from year one

Trustees, accounts and premises settled early, so the congregation does not depend on its founder.

04

Handover inside five years

A plant counts as established once it has survived a change of leadership.
