Each year the national body publishes its accounts, its harvest return, and a written account of what it did with what it was given.
A return that cannot be inspected is not a return.
The coalition publishes the full document, including the parts that did not go to plan, because member bodies and partners are entitled to read them.
Reports are laid before the College of Bishops, circulated to every member body, then published here. Figures in the harvest ledger are reconciled against these documents.
